Adjustment to final subdivision: Amend approved plat and adjustment to approved site plan review to remove multi-family conditions. Create 14 single family lots and one tract from existing 5 lots. 10 new surface parking spaces provided in reconfigured existing lot and 6 new spaces adjacent to Shepard Way. 14 two story, fee simple SFRs to be built on 14 lots. Regrade existing park to the north and narrow Shepard Way to 12' to create more walkable "slow street."
