A City of Bainbridge Island Building Permit shall be required for the work proposed. If any land use or shoreline permit is required, a COBI Building Permit application may be filed after land use approval. Concurrent building permit review is subject to prior approval by the Building Official.

Any site retaining walls in excess of 4 feet in height will require a separate building permit under the City of Bainbridge Island Municipal Code Section 15.08.
Unheated Structure: This structure is approved as un-heated space. If at any time this building is to be used for anything other than what it is approved for, a change of use permit shall be applied for, reviewed and approved prior to the change.
Shell Only: This structure is to be constructed as a "shell only" and is not approved for any occupancy other than F-1. Any use or occupancy of this structure not considered and F-1 will be in violation of the Bainbridge Island Building & Fire Code and Bainbridge Island Zoning Regulations unless a separate "Tenant Improvement" permit is applied for, approved, issued, and completed.
